Submittals

Submittals can be needed when there is design approval required or if an owner wants to see the entire scope of the work before approving. Our packages will be as detailed as possible leaving nothing to the imagination. 

The package will include all necessary information to give the customer or designer a detailed review of the project. 

Information generally included is work areas, manufacturer details, job specific details, system information such as NOAs or FL Product Approvals, product data, safety data, sample warranties (if available from manufacturer), and any brochures or color charts that may be available. 

With submittals sometimes less is more but the possibilities for what can be included are up to you. 

The package will be structured with a cover page including all job, owner, and contractor information. An index with all sections outlined. As well as a section for comments or concerns to be addressed. 

Any comments if they should arise will need to be addressed by the contractor with all changes to the submittal being completed by The Permit Advisor.
