Permit Packages

The blank packet will include all documents needed for a permit. With this package, your in house team will be able to contact TPA with questions on the permitting process or permit related questions. They will be responsible for filling out and submitting all documents. 

The completed permit package will have all documents needed for submittal and issuance done. They will then be sent back to the contractor for submittal. After plan review starts all city comments or corrections if they arise will be addressed by The Permit Advisor. All tracking of plan review will be done by the contractor. 

The complete package + submission includes all services in the completed permit package with The Permit Advisor submitting all documents to the city. The Permit Advisor will track and address all comments and corrections if they arise through to permit issuance. Cities have different requirements for what is needed to submit which will be discussed and requested once permitting begins. 

The Permit Advisor will be there through every step of the permitting process to permit issuance. Regardless of the package selected The Permit Advisor will not only facilitate the permitting but will be a resource to you and your team helping to navigate the entire process to approval.
