Every city will have documents requiring notarization, some requiring more than others. At a minimum the permit application and Notice Of Commencement (NOC) will require notarization. The Permit Advisor will make sure you are aware of all documents that require notarization. 

By appointment The Permit Advisor is available to meet with the contractor or customer for document notarization.
